Due to our company's recent key personnel changes along with the departure of our key bookkeeping/accounting staff, we encountered difficulties that had severely impacted our ability to complete and submit our tax return on time. This unfamiliarity in navigating the online tax filing, had also contributed to the delays in submitting our tax return by the deadline. We have since completed the filing and have taken steps to ensure our new team is fully trained to prevent future delays. We understand the importance of adhering to tax deadlines and deeply regret the delay caused by these unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
