Area also includes a CSX double rail running through the entire district. The Barboursville Fire District consists of over 9,500 residential homes and 800 businesses. The Department also provides mutual aid to all other Cabell County WV fire departments as well as Lincoln and Wayne Counties in WV and two others in Ohio.
