The Organization qualifies for the charitable contribution deduction under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) and has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under Section 509(a)(2). The tax exempt purpose of the Organization and the nature in which it operates is described in the first paragraph of Note 1. On June 1, 2019, the Foundation entered into a guarantor agreement with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), to which it will act as the primary guarantor for an estimated $6,200,000 construction loan for a collegium at the Ukrainian Catholic University.
