We had 72 purchase the training, exam, or training and exam bundle in 2023. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 Practitioner Membership = 940, increase of 28 over prior year. Vendor Membership = 17 Organizations with 52 members, a decrease of 2 over prior year. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b Board of Directors is comprised of five voting members, including the Chairman of the board, Nominating Committee, Supervisory Committee, and Audit Committee. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Annually as part of the close out of the financials, the 990 is prepared and traced back to the board reporting of financial position. The 990 form is reviewed with the CEO and board as part of the board meeting routines. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c TPRA has a documented conflict of interest policy in its bylaws and all Board Members are required to sign it. TPRA board members regularly disclose potential conflicts of interest for review and if needed resign. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 CEO compensation was based on market analysis and reviewed and approved by the board. Marketing and Membership employees were also based on market analysis for location and approved by the board. Intern positions were based on market analysis for the work location and part of the approved budget. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 TPRA makes its information available upon request.
