We are board members that have an interest helping youth learn the proper way to play the game of football, while also teaching life skills and how to be a teammate. Management duties delegation Part VI line 3 Delegation of duties within the board on a volunteer bases. All decisions are brought to the board for vote. Organizational document changes Part VI line 4 There are no organizations document changes. Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 All items are expensed at the time of purchase. We only have volunteer members that meet monthly to discuss items and organization for the upcoming football seasons. Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a Anyone that wants to become a member of the board comes to a meeting and explains to all current members why they want to be on the board and what they will bring to the board. At that time, all current members will hold a vote and the results must be a majortiy favor for the non-member to join to baord. Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b All governing body decisions are present to the board, then a motion is made to add the decisions. A 2nd must accompany this. Then the item goes to vote. Majority vote rules the favor of ether adding it or not adding it.
