This facility offers medically supervised detoxification, residential co-occurring treatment, outpatient treatment, transitional living, independent living, and continuing care services. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 1a The bylaws allow for an Executive Committee which consists of the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Organization. The Executive of the Organization shall be a non-voting, ex-officio member of the Executive Committee. Except for the power to amend the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, the Executive Committee shall have all of the powers and authority of the Board of Trustees in the intervals between meetings of the Board of Trustees. Actions and decisions of the Executive Committee are subject to later ratification or reversal by the Board of Trustees as a whole. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 Compensation increases for the CEO and other officers followed the review and approval process used for all employees of the company. A review is performed and compensation adjustment is determined depending on agency availability and performance. Comparability data is also considered. The bylaws of the organization provide that the Board of Directors will perform such tasks as related to the Executive Director.
