It is estimated that the facility was used over 8,000 times during 2023 by members, guest, and organized shooting clubs. To provide a safe venue for youth 4-H and Idaho Fish and Game Hunter Safety training in the safe handling and use of firearms. It is estimated that over 300 youth used the facility during 2023. Groups providing youth training are allowed to use the facilities at no cost. To provide a safe venue for the Idaho Department of Corrections (IDOC) in the Pocatello area to conduct firearms training and qualification. IDOC is allowed to use the facilities at no cost.
