We host a fall band competition where we collect gate fees, sell T-shirts, programs and baked goods. In the spring we have a Music Marathon where we collect donations and pledges. Also in the spring we host a Steel Pan Concert, where we have an admission fee and we sell merchandise. Part IX, Line 11g New Philadelphia Band Boosters expenses include Band Camp for 110 students, music rights, marching season drill writing, sound equipment, props, professional assistance and competition registration. Part VI, Line 11b All Trustee have access to review Form 990 after it is filed. Part VI, Line 19 All monthly meeting minutes, financials and tax filings are available upon request. Tax filings are sent to New Philadelphia City Schools Treasurers office annually.
