During the 2022-23 school year, FCA had 3 students enrolled with the academy. Of those 3 students, one has transitioned back to a full day of education in the public school system, being successful in his special education programs; one transitioned to half day in the public school and half day at FCA; the other student increased his school day at FCA from 1 hour per day to 4 hours per day at FCA. The 2023-2024 school year, has started with 6 students enrolled, 3 being placed privately with parents and 3 through the school district. Board member Rachel Haman was compensated by FCPS through this process for her services to FCPS as well as for 89 speech therapy visits given to FCA students.
