Financial reports are presented to our members at general board meetings and reviewed by the executive committee prior to general board meetings. General board meetings are held at least once a fiscal quarter. Part VI, Line 1a Each member is considered equal. Thought our new Treasurer filed. Since then the Treasurer has left the club and I received the letter showing we did not file. I have been trying to get to the bottom of what we need to do and responded to the IRS letter.
