THERE ARE NO CONTRIBUTORS TO BE REPORTED IN SCHEDULE B We are a very small organization with no paid employees. We had a turnover in the Treasurer position in April of 2022. Prior to 2022, we had been using a volunteer tax preparer, who also retired from her volunteer duties around the same time. It was not made clear to the new Treasurer that taxes had not been filed for the 2022 tax year before the tax preparer retired. The new Treasurer is an accountant and we should not have similar issues in the future. Having to pay a large tax fine would highly disrupt our ability to solicit charitable contributions to help fund altruistic projects in the coming years. Thank you for your consideration.
