However, due to changes in Officers and then there was a delay in obtaining access to the system as the prior administrator left on unfriendly terms. Then once we had access we had system issues and had to wait for our related organization to resolve them. Once done we had to then reconstruct the entries. Unfortunately due to this we did not meet the filing time line. We ask that any penalties be mitigated due to these unusual circumstances. We are also filing the 2022 return with today or tomorrow and will be able to file our current return on time. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 We are a member organization. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The current members elect the Board of Directors by casting votes. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b Members vote on new member applications and vote on approving any expenditures other than routine day to day expenditures. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The officers reviewed the financial statements and delegated the completion of the 990 to the administrator. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 None of the current officers were compensated. The only officer eligible for compensation is the Administrator and their salary would be approved by the Board of Directors Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18 This is a members only organization. All active members can request to look at the records, including tax returns, which are located on site. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Governing documents are posted and available for inspection in the lodge office. Additionally minutes of meetings are available for review by the membership.
