The scholarship recipient reads, signs and returns a Letter of Acceptance. In the Acceptance Letter, the recipient agrees to supply the trustee with a copy of their grades, verification of their enrollment and an annual transcript produced by the school. The recipient must provide these documents prior to receiving the next semester's scholarship installment. If the student does not remain enrolled, he or she must agree to return the scholarship funds in total. If the student is on academic probation at the end of the semenster, scholarship funds will be withheld for the following semester.
