Our first elected Board President needed to resign in 2022. We needed to enlist a new president. All of our board members are volunteers. We needed the added time to refocus our start-up efforts. We were therefore delayed in getting our bookkeeping practices underway. This impacted our ability to gather and compile the needed information to complete our return. We now have accounting practices in place and can complete our 990 filings in a timely manner.
