Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b At the Society's Board of Directors meeting on April 9, 2024, a draft of the Form 990 for the year ended December 31, 2023 was distributed to all members of the Board of Directors as part of the pre-meeting document package. The Directors were asked to review the form and communicate any questions to the Board Treasurer. At the April 9, 2024 Board meeting, the Board acknowledged receipt of the Form 990 prior to its filing . Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The Society's conflict of interest policy requires an acknowledgement and confirmation that each Director has received, read and understands the Policy and agrees to disclose any conflict of interest and conflicting financial interest transaction which may arise during their term as a director. This acknowledgement is signed annually by each Director. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18 The Yampa River Botanic Park Association is in the process of revising its website to include a separate tab for the Yampa River Botanic Park Society to include the governing documents, conflict of interest policy as well as annual financial information. The website will indicate that Form 990 is available for public inspection in the Association office.
