All grant recipients send receipts for all funds spent internationally; receipts and digital photos of projects are scanned and emailed to the Organization's office in a timely manner as the project progresses. Part I, line 3: Amounts reported at Part I, Line 3, column (f) represent expenditures of the Organization for the conduct of program services in each region. The methods used to account for expenditures in each region is based upon the actual amount of funds expended by the Organization for program activities in that region. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Organization's President and Treasurer each review the Organization's Form 990, in its entirety including Schedule B, prior to its filing with the IRS. A copy of the final Form 990 is also provided to the Organization's governing body prior to its filing with the IRS. However, the names and addresses of contributors listed on Schedule B are redacted from the copy of the final Form 990 provided to the Organization's governing body in order to accommodate the specific requests of certain donors that they remain anonymous. Each such individual verbally confirms that they have received, read, understood and agreed to comply with the policy. Any transactions that may involve a conflict of interest are brought to the President's attention and require the review and approval of the Organization's governing body prior to establishing such an arrangement.
