The organization continues to be guided in the spirit of the founding members by meeting on a regular basis for education, fellowship, to work on the airplane and to use the airplane for pleasure, recreation, and other non-profitable purposes in accordance with Revenue Ruling 74-30. Work on the airplane - In accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, members performed preventative maintenance on the airplane and participated in the owner-assisted annual inspection to help minimize costs. Airplane for Recreation and Pleasure - Members flew the club airplane more than 200 flight hours during the year for a variety of non-commercial purposes.
