In 2022, the Highland Road complete street (also part of the CENTER development) was finished in 2022. In 2023 the opening of the Trinity Forest Spine Trail, (with a connection to the future CENTER) and the CreekSide Bike Park opened in 2023. Through Ferguson Road Initiative advocacy in 2023, the White Rock Hills Recreation CENTER is on the 2024 Bond Program and is positioned to be approved by voters in the May 2024 election.
