We launched a standards working group to flesh out the framework and tested it with 10 employers to validate the framing of topics. The RMH Compass will launch in 2024, but Gender IDEAL focused our time and energy developing and fundraising exclusively for this new program in 2023. Part III, Line 3 As we ramped up our work focused on the reproductive and maternal health standard, we started to sunset the gender ideal company assessment. While the mission of our work has not changed, it has narrowed in on the topic -- reproductive and maternal health of workers. We continue to engage corporations with a framework and diagnostic tool, and encourage them to improve their performance by providing publicly-available resources and tools. Part VI, Line 11b All Board of Directors have been notified that they can access a copy of the Form 990 as submitted. We did not actively send a copy to each board member prior to submission. Part VI, Line 19 We can share our governing documents - including our conflict of interest policy, incorporation documents, financial statements - to any individuals and organizations that request these materials. In 2023, we shared these documents as part of the grant application process with several large U.S.-based foundations. We have also shared these materials with our board members.
