Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b A member of management reviews the prepared Form 990 before it is filed with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a The Personnel Committee of the Board of Directors evaluates the Library Director each year. The Director submits a current resume to the Chair of the Personnel Committee and a written self-evaluation covering the period since the last review. Members of the Personnel Committee survey by questionnaire appropriate supervisory employees and any other library employees who report directly to the Director. All Board members and Friends of the Library are invited to communicate with the Chair of the Personnel Committe their views of the Director's performance. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 The Governing Documents and By-Laws are available on the library website. The Financial Statements are also available to the public by request. An abbreviated version of the Financial Statements are published each year in the Library's Annual Report which is sent to library donors, published on the library's website, and made available in paper format in the library. Form 990, Part XII, Line 2c: The process for review of oversight has not changed since the previous year.
