Under the agreement, Conservation Alabama employees conduct activities on behalf of the Foundation, and the Foundation reimburses Conservation Alabama for all associated expenses, including the allocable share of employments taxes. Conservation Alabama pays all required employment taxes for its employees, and issues the relevant IRS forms.
