In partnership with the USDA, Nye County Economic Development Authority (NCREDA) started an RLF program to create and/or retain rural jobs/businesses. NCREDA created seven (7) RLF loans for Nye/Esmerelda Counties. The first (1) loan in the amount of $2,500 for Heather Gardner. A second (2) loan in the amount of $5,500 was provided to Heather Gardner. The third (3) loan in the amount of $15,000 for Lee Morgan Dreamscape Designs. The fourth (4) loan in the amount of $2,000 was provided to Heather Gardner. The fifth (5) loan in the amount of $7,500 for Richard Salazar and The Window Cleaner Company. The sixth (6) loan in the amount of $10,000 for P.C. Paramedic. The seventh (7) loan in the amount of $10,100 was provided to Black Cow Coffee. NCREDA received a donation in the amount of $10,000 from Round Mountain Gold Corp and Cypress Holding (Nevada) LTD to provide small business grants to businesses in Nye/Esmeralda. All funds received from Round Mountain Gold Corp and Cypress Holding (Nevada) LTD were received in the form of a donation to provide local business grants and NCREDA vetted businesses to ensure that grants/donations were provided to appropriate businesses.
