While JCAWL works with cats, JCWAL will assist with dogs and other animals, spaying and vaccinating to provide the animal a better quality of life. Most of the individuals or families whose animals are assisted are poor financially. Toni J Skater's mother passed onto eternal life on October 19, 2024. This delayed her completion of the financials for the 2023 IRS 990. Also, my wife's only brother (my brother-in-law) passed onto eternal life on Nov. 7, 2024. This delayed my completion of this 2023 IRS 990 (and a few others).
