The Organization's policy is to evaluate the likelihood that its uncertain tax positions will prevail upon examination based on the extent to which those positions have substantial support within the Internal Revenue Code and Regulations, Revenue Rulings, court decisions and other evidence. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b Form 990 is provided to the Executive Officers of the Organization who have been authorized by the Board of Directors for review and approval prior to filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c The conflict of interest is signed annually. If a member knows of a conflict, they make the chair of the board or the board aware of the incident. If a board member is aware of another member's possible conflict,they make the chair or vice-chair aware. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 Compensation for the Executive Director and Key management positions are reviewed during the budgeting process each year. The compensation ranges for these positions are developed through data comparison of similar organizations in the same geographical area. All information is documented, discussed, and agreed upon by the Board of Directors.The process for determining compensation for officers or key employees is the same as noted above. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 The governing documents, financial statements, and Form 990 are maintained at the Organization's adminstrative offices and are available upon request to the public. 990 Part XI Line 8 During the year ended June 30, 2024, management became aware of an accounting error regarding a settlement in a lawsuit of $115,000. This caused a understatement of revenue and accounts receivable in the June 30,2023 form 990. See Part XI, Reconciliation of Net Assets, Line 8.
