The Board verified that the interest rate charged by My Language Programs cannot be superior to the rate for commercial loans that would be charged by commercial banks for well established businesses with a good credit history. The Board decided to reimburse the loan as soon as the financial situation of the Corporation permits. Schedule L, Part IV The organization was unable to find and hire an executive leadership staff fitting the required profile (mainly, qualifications to maintain school licenses in Montgomery County/Maryland/USA, and French native speaker, and having Montessori credentials or at least willing to undergo Montessori training). After considerable consistent efforts, the organization was able to find the required staff in mid-2023. While initially day-to-day operations could be covered on a volunteer basis as operations were slowly starting, with the students body increasing, it was necessary to quickly find additional help to support the school operations. No providers were found that were willing or able to provide all necessary services a la carte or as a whole in an almost entirely French language environment. As a backup a temporary solution had to be found in order to secure the survival of the school. The organization was able to phase out this temporary solution starting from the beginning of the 2023/24 school year.
