We have nearly 50 speakers who teach about the benefits of the vegan lifestyle. Vegan diets can improve people's health, saves animals' lives and helps the environment. Our speakers include doctors, dieticians, authors, and many other experts. We teach about nutrition, health, lifestyle, we also have food demos and there are many other topics. We have a children's center and activities for teens. We also encourage individuals to encourage friends to give veganism a try during October, Vegetarian Awareness Month. We do this through social media and our website.
