The impact continues to be reflected in the negative net assets balance ($49,647). Major ongoing factors include the deferral of making payments on the EIDL loan that was obtained in 2020-21, inflationary pressure on expenses, and the fact that contributions and grants have not recovered to pre-COVID levels. Management believes to begin to make regular payments on the EIDL loan in 2024-25 and continues to pursue increasing income while seeking to manage costs.
