Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9 In 2023, the Organization discovered fraud within the organization which resulted in loss of assets, but also incorrect accounting processes. The organization has been working to clean up the books and records and expects to have audit completed for the year 2023 (has not been completed yet). The Board intends on having audits on regular basis going forward. The persons responsible for the errors were terminated and new leadership was put in place.
