The assets of the Trust are held in accounts in Vanguard; monthly or quarterly statements of the account are received and reviewed by the Treasurer of this Trust and reported weekly to the Head Lama of TNMC. Part IV Section E, line 2A The supported organization is Head Lama of TNMC [TNMC] a church whose mission is to preserve protect and further religious Buddhist traditions particularly of Tibetan Buddhism and the Nyingma school. In December 1989 TNMC founded the Nagyur Nyingma annual World Peace Ceremony at the site of the Buddhas enlightenment in Bodh Gaya India. 500 Nyingma monastics and practitioners came to this inaugural ceremony; at the conclusion they unanimously requested TNMC to sponsor the ceremony annually. In order to accomplish this commitment TNMC established the Bodhgaya Trust. If the trust did not sponsor this activity TNMC would carry it on itself as part of TNMCs core mission to preserve Nyingma Tibetan Buddhism as a living tradition.
