The Association reimbursed The Ohio State University the entire amount of their employees' salaries and benefits, including the Executive Director's salary. The Foundation reimbursed the Association 10% of Executive Director's salary. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Foundation Audit Committee, which is made up of a joint committee of members from both the Association and the Foundation, will do the initial review of the Form 990. Once the return is reviewed, the Audit Committee will make its recommendation to the Executive Board. Each member of the Executive Board will be provided with a copy of the Form 990.
