Organizations can be full or associate members. Full members are allowed two delegated allowing them to have two votes where as associate members are only one vote. Full members are also allowed to vote on the host of the next Gay Games. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 9 All mail received at the Federation of Gay Games mailing address is picked up and processed by a local representative. Mailed received for a specific board member is then scanned and emailed to the board member. If needed, the local representative will mail the information to the board member directly. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The completed 990 will be presented to the Federation of Gay Games Board of Directors during a board meeting. A summary of the 990 will be presented to the governing body during the Annual Meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The Federation of Gay Games post all completed forms on our google drive which is accessible to all members. Additionally, the financial statements are presented at each board meeting and at our Annual Meeting.
