In 2023, the RRCAC provided services to 884 child victims and their families. The Executive Committee consists of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and the member-at-large. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b A copy of the completed Form 990 is provided to each Board Member for review prior to filing. The Executive Director reviews the Form 990. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Board Members and staff complete an annual request to identify and document any conflicts of interest. Employee conflicts of interest are reviewed by the Executive Director and/or the Board Chair. Board Members with conflicts of interest shall recuse themselves from any and all Board actions involving the conflicting transaction. Employees with conflicts of interest are addressed on a case by case basis. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a The Board reviews compensation annually and documents results in the minutes. Several of the Board Members are either the leaders at various agencies or involved with local businesses and nonprofits. The Board relies on its cumulative knowledge of the marketplace, and the budgeting information of their agencies and businesses to provide data and information that is pertinent. The Board also reviews the financial information of the RRCAC.
