Cool Runnin' Camaros is a car club, which is a form of social club. Please note that, prior to being incorporated on February 27, 2020, Cool Runnin' Camaros was an unincorporated association. The vast majority of revenues are from member dues, which totaled $2,900.00 in 2023. Fundraising, all from donated items, generated revenues in 2023 totaling $276.24. All expenses related to the activities of the club, which included: (a) Food and beverages at club events (b) Entry fees for the club and its members for certain car shows/events. The filing is late because I, Jon Daurio, Treasurer, misread the regulations and thought that, because our income is so low, there was no requirement for a return to be filed. I respectfully request that you do not revoke the tax exempt status of Cool Runnin' Camaros as a result of my error. We are a very small club with only about 75 dues paying members.
