The foundation had three fundraising events in 2023. The first was a campaign for Giving Hearts Day in Fargo, ND through the Dakota Medical Foundation in which there are matching dollars given on funds raised by the foundation. The second event was a gala in which tickets are sold for an event that includes a meal, silent and live auction items, as well as other donation opportunities. The third event was a golf tournament in which funds were raised by players in the event, along with sponsors of holes throughout the event. Her compensation includes an hourly wage as well as an incentive plan of 5% of the net profit of the gala and the golf tournament for all of her efforts put into those two events.
