I thought the Extension was submitted and accepted, however, when I tried to locate my Extension Submission and Acceptance email from Form 990 Online this morning (9.30.2024), I found the Extension Request still in Edit Mode on Form 990. I submitted the Extension at that time and it was rejected because it is past May 15, 2024 (the filing deadline). I immediately began to complete Form 990 for submission.
