Despite our efforts to submit our extension on time, the system encountered technical difficulties, which resulted in a failure to transmit the necessary forms before the deadline. To ensure this does not happen again, we have implemented new communication protocols including having a board member verify that all filings (extensions and tax forms) have been transmitted via form990.org website. In light of the unforeseen technology malfunction and our prompt actions to address the situation, Kelly's Kidz respectfully request that any penalties associated with this late filing be waived. Our nonprofit remains committed to meeting all tax obligations in a timely manner, and we have taken proactive steps to ensure full compl iance in the future.
