We've negotiated with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection and the Maine State Chamber of Commerce and drafted an amendment that would harmonize the 2021 Maine law regarding sales of consumer products containing PFAS with other states and Europe to lessen the reporting burden on industry while preserving the core mandates of the law.
