This includes entities, organizations, and agencies that receives CoC funds from HUD. Also, it is considered members with the right to voice and vote, those entities that receive HUD's funds from the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program, through the Puerto Rico's Department of the Family and/or the Municipalities of Caguas and Ponce, for the geographical area covered by CoC PR-503. The CoC PR-503 and its Board of Directors may incorporate as members with the right of voice and vote, organizations or entities not recipients of HUD CoC funds, but that receive funds from some other program that is required to enter data in the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). In case of ties, the Chairman of the Board will abstain to vote. With this submission we are ready to continue to comply with the yearly submissions of 990 returns (starting FY 2024) on the corresponding due dates (May 15 of each year).
