These are based on the written policy provided by the State of Virginia via the Virginia Easement Exchange LLC to the Association for quarterly monitoring and inspection of the conservation easement's contractual and legal specification of the easement on the Association's property. The Association has a sub-committee specifically tasks with checking on the conservation easement and property it surrounds a minimum of 2 hours a week for a calendar year.
