Each program is cohort based and serves different niches of social impact leaders. Any conflicts that exist are brought to the attention of the full board. All board members are asked to fill out a Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statement annually. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 The Compensation Committee is made up of two board members who are non-interested parties. The Compensation Committee reviews compensation for officers, directors and top management employees on an annual basis. The committee checks comparable salary ranges to make sure that compensation is reasonable. Same procedure as for Executive Director.
