Grants of funds which have been restricted by the original donor for use by Stoughton Hospital Association are paid to Stoughton Hospital quarterly in accordance with the donors' wishes. For the medication voucher program, the Foundation has granted certain agencies the ability to give out the vouchers based upon their criteria. The vouchers are then used at local pharmacies which turn in the vouchers once medications are provided to be reimbursed from the grant funds. The Foundation Executive Director spends time on Foundation activities and a portion of compensation and benefits is allocated to Part IX, line 5.
