They are as follows:(1) Board Designated Endowment Fund - This fund was established with unrestricted trust fund monies and was designed to function like an endowment. Under the terms of the agreement with the Community Foundation, fund principal can be distributed only with the approval of three- fourths of the Trust Funds Board of Directors and a majority of the Board of Directors of the Foundation. The Foundation makes annual distributions of income available, which are unrestricted to the Trust Fund.
