Part VI Line 7a JCREMC has members who have the right and responsibility to attend the Part VI Line 7a annual meeting every year and vote for candidates for the board. Part VI Line 11b Form 990 is reviewed by JCREMC's governing body during the board of Part VI Line 11b directors meeting before it is filed. Part VI Line 12c JCREMC's directors, officers and key employee's are required to sign a Part VI Line 12c conflict of interest certification annually. Part VI Line 19 JCREMC's governing documents are available to view on our website. Our Part VI Line 19 financial statements are available upon request. Part XI Line 9 The $148,402, other changes in net assets consists of two items. The Part XI Line 9 first is a negative $1,229,402. This numbers consists of a retirement of Part XI Line 9 patronage capital in the amount of $2,041,492, an increase in fund balances Part XI Line 9 of $816,461, due to unclaimed patronage capital brought back into other Part XI Line 9 fund balances and a payout of $4,371 in unclaimed patroange capital that Part XI Line 9 decreased other fund balances during the year. The second item consists of Part XI Line 9 a $1,377,804 decrease in the market adjustments valuation of our post Part XI Line 9 retirement benefits. Our post retirmenet benefits is determined by an Part XI Line 9 actuarial study each year and we do not fund any portion of that balance. Part XI Line 9 JCREMC has shown patronage retirement to its members in the other changes Part XI Line 9 in net assets or fund balances section. JCREMC has not shown any amount of Part XI Line 9 patronage retirement on 990, Section IX, Statement of Functional Expenses, Part XI Line 9 line 4. The reason that Section IX, line 4 does not include any retirements Part XI Line 9 from patronage is due to the fact that none of the amounts that were Part XI Line 9 retired from the patronage of JCREMC were operating expenses, but were Part XI Line 9 rather merely a return of JCREMC's equity.
