In collaboration with Caring Hands Shreeja India's Vidushee seeks to promote education in tribal communities through a pay forward approach. Every year young children in tribal communities aged 5-10 are taught by older students from the same tribal communities under the guidance of Shreeja India. Senior Shreeja girls who have gone through the program and pass their class X or XII board exams are trained to teach younger children classes 1-4 in their respective villages and paid for their time. In this way the program seeks to educate first-generation children in tribal communities through a collaborative multi-generational approach. So far over 150+ young children are part of Vidushee.
