Each individual living at Hammer is encouraged to uncover what living life to its fullest means to them. Hammer programs are designed to meet the physical well-being, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and recreational needs of each person we support. Our full-time nurses provide oversight to each person's health care needs. Hammer partners with each individual and his/her family to create a life experience that is fulfilling and meaningful. In 2023 Hammer expanded this program by merging with Northeast Residence, Inc.
