Our flagship initiatives are Salvation and Healing Campaigns, community-changing events reaching up to 50,000 people per night. They encourage cooperation among local churches of different denominations through conferences and trainings, engaging hundreds of volunteers in each city. We continuously invest in raising the next generation through our international mentorship and leadership training program. Motivated by our faith in Jesus Christ, we extend aid to those in extreme poverty or crisis situations through compassion grants. We work closely with local churches of many different denominations, support and train them, and help them mobilize volunteers for the event and future ministry opportunities or church planting. The week-long campaign often brings hundreds of local and international volunteers together while creating events like conferences, anti-suicide and anti-drug campaigns in form of school outreaches, neighborhood food outreaches, children services, etc. alongside with the big events. 123095 123095 0 As a publicly funded charitable organization, we take grant giving very seriously, both as an act of giving back to community while overseeing grantviging cautiously. We invest heavily in food donations when our mission teams visit needy places and areas. Our organization requested the dba Feeding Families and also owns the website feedingfamilies.org. As our team travels to needy areas, we realized a growing nutritional needs of families we encounter as well as the desire of partners to provide disaster relief and food. In 2023, we donated approximately 84,600 meals to the poor. Our ministry also distributes literature for free in print. We distributed close to 50,000 booklets last year. In addition to those grants, the board decided to start a mentorship and leadership training program that can grant scholarships to students in need. We received donations specifically designated for scholarships for seminar or college courses in the area of theology or education. The subsequent tuition payments were done directly to the educational institution. Some candidates of our mentorship program received sponsorship for mission trips with our organization. We rallied close to 10,000 volunteers from different backgrounds, coming together in those community faith events and reached a total of approximately 200,000 individuals in 2023. During those campaigns, we reached additionally over 25,000 students K-12 with our anti-suicide and anti-drug campaigns with local and US volunteers. Our affiliate organization in Brazil buys food from local sources, while our U.S. office oversees the process financially by using an independent foreign auditing office and requests operational reporting to ensure oversight by our U.S. office. In addition, we also issued grants to other foreign organizations that hold nonprofit/exempt status and further our exempt purpose by conducting conferences and events. Those events are either supervised by our national or foreign team and we receive detailed reporting with results that need to match the amount granted. Some grants were issued to native missionaries as part of our mentorship and leadership training and general exempt purpose. 1 The funds for two (partial) scholarships were raised and granted in 2023 to two college students. None of them are related to any board members or officers of our organization. They submitted a scholarship request and were approved based on financial need and overall alignment with our organization's exempt purpose. The educational institution received the funds directly, they were not sent to the individuals.
