Twenty-Five percent of her time is spent in the role of CEO. The reason she did not receive pay for her CEO services is because Family ROCS was building its client list and did not have the funds to pay her, prior to 2021. The compensation she receives on a W-2 from Family ROCS is for her work as a Mental Health Professional and as CEO. This gross is for working 3.75 days a week, 8 hours per day, as a Licensed Psychological Counselor and 1.25 days per week as the CEO. Beginning May 1, 2021, Ms. Caraballo started receiving pay for her work as the CEO, in addition to her hours spent as a Licensed Psychological Counselor.
