We have a rubric we use for decision-making and we track the amount granted to each individual based on the number of sessions they participate in each month. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2 Katie Ribera and Jessica Ribera - Family Relationship Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Bell Tower Counseling provides a full draft of Form 990 to all board members prior to filing. Board members have an opportunity to provide input and ask questions about the 990 prior to filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Bell Tower Counseling has a written Conflict of Interest policy which board members review annually. Board members disclose any conflicts of interest when the policy is reviewed annually. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Executive Director receives compensation for her work as a counselor and a different pay rate for Executive Director responsibilities. The Executive Director's counselor pay rate is based on the same criteria as other counseling staff members; and the Executive Director pay rate is based on comparison research undertaken by the board in 2021 and has remained the same since that time. In addition, Caewyn Barnett serves as Vice President of the Board and is a paid employee of Bell Tower Counseling. Caewyn receives compensation, which is approved by the board, for her work as a mental health counselor and her pay rate is based on the same criteria as other counseling staff members. Caewyn is not compensated for her board service time or responsibilities.
