A salary committee was formed by various members of the church to determine temporary compensation for the pastor in 2023. First, we used churchsalary.com to determine a market rate compensation for the pastor of a small church given the size, expected receipts, and location of the church. Then the salary committee determined the feasibility of that salary based on the pastor's experience and family needs.
