Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The Annapolis Striders is a membership-based organization that offers memberships to individuals and families and charges a nominal membership fee. Each member is entitled to vote in the annual elections of the organization's officers and directors, which are held at the organization's annual meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b Each member of the organization is entitled to vote in the annual elections of the organization's officers and directors, which are held at the organization's annual meeting. The elected Board of Directors and Officers hold monthly meetings that are open to the public. All actions of the Board are recorded in minutes prepared by the organization's Secretary, which is elected by the membership.
